Our services include our website (silktidecruises.sg), booking platforms, and the maritime voyages themselves. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through Silk Tide Cruises are subject to availability and our formal confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the itinerary and departure date. Payments are processed securely in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

• Bookings are non-transferable without express written consent.
• Specific deck and cabin requests are subject to vessel capacity.

The safety of our passengers is paramount. Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the Captain and crew. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for travel and possess the necessary vaccinations for the destination countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Silk Tide Cruises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to access our website. While we strive for accuracy, Silk Tide Cruises does not warrant that the content on this website is free from errors or omissions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
